Found a new spot you don't want to keep to yourself? You can add the location to Campercontact in no time.
In the app, you can add content by going to your account at the bottom of the screen. Select the option “Add new location”. From there, follow the steps on your screen. Provide as much specific information as possible to give a clear picture of the location.
Via the website, it works slightly differently. There, you add a location via “Contribute” (top right of your screen) and then “Add new location”. Make sure you are logged in.
Our moderators will review and check your contribution and post it on Campercontact within two weeks. Provided everything is correct, of course.

To add a review about a motorhome stopover, campsite or service location, search for the location using the Campercontact app or website. Open the location and click on the “write a review” button below the reviews from other users and rate the location using a number of stars and a description.
What to write in a review?
In a review you share your experience and opinion about the location you visited. About quality, safety and hygiene, or the managers of the location, for example. Or that there are fun and interesting things to do in the area. Keep in mind that the review should not conflict with our response policy.
If you have come across information on Campercontact that no longer seems to be correct, submit a change. This information immediately ends up in the right place and can be adjusted as quickly as possible. Example: a message that a location no longer exists or that the price is incorrect does not belong in a review. For the fastest processing, submit a change.
A picture paints a thousand words. Photos are therefore a crucial part of the site information on Campercontact. Fortunately, every motorhomer is also secretly a photographer! So what are you waiting for? Leave nothing to the imagination and add a photo.
In the app:
Open the relevant location and tap on the photo gallery. Then press the 'Show all' button and click on 'Add a photo'. Select either the 'Take photo' or 'Select a photo' button. Upload the correct photo and press 'Add photo'. Your photo of the site has now been uploaded.

How to summit a change?
For all changes, large or small, look below the information block. You will see 'Do you see something that isn't right?' with a 'Tell us' button next to it. Click on this button. Use this button to submit corrections regarding opening hours, prices, facilities, contact information, or site/environmental features.
If you find a change that does not fit into any of the existing categories, such as an incorrect review or photo? Please submit it via the ‘Other remarks’ category. We encourage you to do so! By working together, we can ensure that the information is kept up to date.
Your request will be received by our moderators and processed within two weeks. They will then make the change on the platform. Provided everything is correct, of course.
